Attendee Declaration
• I will inform Speak Sell Succeed that I will not be attending class if I develop flu-like symptoms (eg. Fever, cough, shortness of breath etc.) and my temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius
• I will inform Speak Sell Succeed that I will not be attending class if I have come into close contact with anyone who are confirmed COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days (as of date of class)
• I will inform Speak Sell Succeed that I will not be attending class if I have am placed on Leave of Absence (LOA) or Approved Absence (AA) or on a Stay Home Notice (SHN), or Home Quarantine Order (HQO) prior to the class.
Terms & Conditions
1. Course fees are payable before start of class.
2. Learners can join other ongoing or future classes for replacement of missed classes (only applicable to group class and subject to availability).
3. Certificate of completion will be issued within 3 weeks from the last day of class with at least 75% attendance achieved.
4. Speak Sell Succeed reserves the rights to postpone start of class, with prior notice, if there are insufficient students.
5. An administrative fee of S$100 will apply for each request of transfer or withdrawal made by a confirmed participant. Request must be made at least 7 days prior to the course commencement.
6. In the event of no show on day of the course and no request of transfer or withdrawal made 7 days prior, the full course fees will apply.
1. Company must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
2. Company must have paid for all necessary training expenses to the training organisation
3. Trainee(s) must be Singapore Citizen(s) or Permanent Resident(s) of Singapore, and must be employed by companies in accordance to the Employment Act except for sole proprietors, partners, working directors, members of co-operatives or commission-based agents.
4. Trainee(s) must have achieved at least 75% attendance
5. Trainee(s) must have sat for and passed the examinations/ assessments where applicable
6. Speak Sell Succeed reserves the right to claim back the full amount of the course fees should SSG rejects the training grant subsidy due to non-compliance of the training grant eligibility by the sponsoring employer or learner.
I understand that to be eligible for WSQ course fee funding, I must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, and attend both training and final assessment (FA) on the assigned date and achieve a minimum of 75% attendance, and be certified competent in all the assessment components. Should I fail to meet the attendance/ assessment requirements and/or terms and conditions of SSG’s funding, I will not be eligible for the course fee funding and will have to bear the full course fees.
