We speak to express our ideas, our thoughts and our emotions in a way other people can understand. How we communicate determines the relationships we have, at work and in our personal lives. And the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.

Iwan Yang, founder and principal trainer
Iwan has been training for more than ten years and has personally trained more than 3,000 people, from primary school students to senior management.
He takes your ideas seriously and helps you get them across. What he cares about is whether your listener gets your point, at work and in the rest of your life.

What you can expect from us
One trainer, every course
Iwan Yang teaches every course himself. He welcomes you on the first morning and gives you feedback right to the end.
The room to practise
Every participant speaks, in front of real people, with feedback after each round. Classes have 6 to 18 participants, and every course is taught in person.
