What we collect
- When you enquire: your name, email, phone number and message, through our website, WhatsApp or email.
- When you register: your name, contact details, company and job title, plus the details needed to process SkillsFuture Credit, UTAP or WSQ funding.
- During a course: attendance and assessment records, and photos or videos taken in class.
- When you visit our website: basic usage data collected through cookies, such as the pages you view.
- When you give feedback: your survey responses and any reviews you choose to share.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and manage your registration.
- To deliver your course, issue certificates and process funding claims.
- To improve our courses and website.
- To send you course updates and offers, only if you've agreed. You can opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law or funding rules require. We protect it with reasonable security measures and limit access to staff who need it.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Withdraw your consent for us to use it.
Email our Data Protection Officer to make a request. We'll reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to process your registration or funding claim.
We update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
