Attended the course on how to beat anxiety, and it was all worth the time and money. The course got us to dig deep into our inner selves to discover what our own triggers of anxiety are, how to be aware of them, and the ways we could help ourselves overcome them. I am definitely more confident now than I used to be before! Iwan is also a very articulate and captivating trainer who used a lot of personal anecdotes and stories in his workshop. I’ve attended two of Iwan’s classes—one on public speaking and the other on overcoming presentation anxiety. Both sessions were incredibly valuable and left me with great takeaways. Iwan was highly engaging throughout the weekend course I took back in April 2024, with many of the applicable skills still relevant for my real life practice at work meetings even more than a year later.
